If you open it up with no DRM that would make copyright infringement occur so easily and too rapidly. It's already so difficult to contain as is...it'd be napster/kazaa all over again...and while that's great for the public, it's horrible for the artist (and the lawyers who represent them :P) ummm...yeah...can you tell what area of law I'm concentrating in? yeah…but never going to happen because there’s no way the artists and the music industry is ever going to do that.
